Clean up is not quite as easy as most of our other Calphalon non-stick cookware, but maybe it's because the non-stick surface is infused on this one instead of a coating. If this one lasts longer than the non-stick coating, then I think that is a good trade. Very happy with this product, but tempted to go for an electric grill where I can control the temp a bit easier (the temp control is an issue with my stovetop, not this pan).
